We had a large, comfortable room with a king size bed and sleeper sofa which was perfect for the 3 of us. The safe and refrigerator were great additions to the room. The hotel was lovely, very clean and in a great area of the city. We walked around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. It was a short taxi ride away from different malls and restaurants. Nice pool on the third floor with cute outdoor bar.

Hotel Clarion Suites was an amazing hotel, located within Zone 10 within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping areas and also several Casinos. It was very clean, spacious and hot water was readily available when the taps were opened in the rooms. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant with its waterfall backdrop was a very relaxing place to have a meal. They also accommodated me in arranging a bottle of wine and slice of cake for my wife who was celebrating her birthday.

Very clean and luxurious accommodations minutes from the international airport. I had no issue getting a certified taxi day of my flight and the hotel stay was refreshing after staying in Panajechel with fewer high end options. This was well worth the $93.70 USD and was more than a person can expect in the states. Would definitely stay again! Staff were friendly, accommodating and food in the restaurant was good and nicely presented. Shout out to the hardworking bartender from Antigua as well, I want to say his name is Envil. Excellent service and very valuable employee deserving of a raise!

Almost everything. The room was huge, clean and comfy. The restaurant was beautiful and food was tasty. The drinks collection was great! The hotel area was awesome. Lots of things were nearby. I could not explore more as it was Jan 1st and everything was closed but this hotel will be my top priority if I plan to visit again the Guatemala city.

Excellent size room, with anteroom, space to work, located in a quiet and safe area, with several restaurants nearby, including the hotel restaurant which, in addition to having a beautiful decoration, has an excellent quality and variety of meals.

The rooms are very nice The location is great. This has been the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at Clarion and I will do so when I return to Guatemala.

The food is excellent. The staff is kind especially Jefferson Morales, one of the managers, who went above and beyond helping me. They need to give him a promotion or a pay raise because he IS the best.. They also have a pool and Jacuzzi now which is new from last year. This place is centrally located in a safe area with many shops and restaurants. All the rooms are suites.and the price is affordable.

Whenever I travel to Guatemala I always stay at clarion suites is my home away from home staff is helpful friendly the location is great. The hotel is comfortable spacious nice view.
